About Paula
Experience
Paula was born in New Castle, Lawrence County, PA. She graduated from New Castle Senior High School and the University of Pittsburgh. She obtained a law degree from New York Law School in 1989 and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts for the States of Pennsylvania and New York.
Paula practiced law in New York City in the areas of real estate and civil litigation. In 1995, she opened her own general practice law office. Paula has experience litigating criminal law with the District Attorney’s office. She also has extensive experience litigating in family law, real estate law, bankruptcy law and personal injury. She served as the Solicitor for the City of New Castle and also as the Solicitor for the New Castle Area Transit Authority for eight years.
